Default sandblast cabinet

This is a sandblast cabinet I built, I wanted one that had doors on both sides so I could get long stuff in. turned out pretty good. Still need weatherstripping around the doors, fittings for the gun, gloves, and paint.

That looks really heavy-duty, littlefuzz.

The pictures are really dark on my monitor but then my monitor is darker than most.
Ya'll let me know if you need to see them lighter.

edit:
See reply # 8 for gamma corrected pictures, best I could do with the available lighting.

Well done lilfuzz.

Blast cabinets, if set up with the amenities, will see more use than you once thought.

For small parts and cleaning corrosion, they can't be beat. The thing will support lots of activities in a shop if maintained correctly and the media is kept duty specific and not used helter skelter.

Biggest downfall for a cabinet is random usage without the benefit of the maintenance needed to support a quality cabinet.

Good job.

looks very nice...much heavier than the one I am building.

my question though is whats up with the double doors? You say its for long parts, do you intend on keeping the doors open for parts too long for the cabinet????

looks like you are building this at work... is it for work or for you?
