Default Offroad plate bumper build

built this up for my trailblazer, thought I would share.

Its welded inside and out, everything was cut/ground/finished with my 4.5" grinder. Took me a few months while I've been recovering from surgery. It's helped a lot by increasing my endurance for being on my feet.

Then I welded it up inside and out and smoothed the outside welds. In quite a few places I had to add some weld to get good lines. Then I slopped on some bedliner, tossed on the winch and went to a park to wheel in for a bit.

Well Jason, looks like you should be able to fly right through the enemy radar.

I like it.

I have about $200 in plate, about $50 in bedliner, put in a $150 order for consumables and i probably used half of em, and a good bit in electricity and welding wire lol
Somewhere around a 100 hrs in work, thats probably conservative.

As far as the consumables go, roark supply on pirate 4x4 treated me well

For what i have it's retarded cheap, but it's still pricey. Most bumpers i see in similar complexity are 1200+

Nice job, that looks great. Be prepared for having everyone that sees it asking you to make one for them.
