Default Kodak M753 Digital Camera

Yesterday as my picture taking was call in to play, I started the process to aquire a new digital camera. Went to 3-4 stores and looked at their offerings, finally ended at Best Buy, found a Kodak M753, a 7 megapixel camera, uses a SD memory stick, and is rechargeable through a wall plug or through a USB port on a computer. Very similar to the wife's Kodak Z730, the user interface is the same.

Camera - on sale for $130
50% off coupon - 65
X-mas gift card - 30
$5 off coupon - 5
free SD card 0
subtotal $30
sales tax 2.40

total cost $32.40

Cutter, you and PM can rest easy, I might be able to swing the surface grinder after all, I wouldn't want the seller's kids to go hungry and you guy to lose sleep over it.

Cutter,

The new camera has many features, but self portrait is not one of them, those are the last I-Phone pictures. I bought a computer package from Best Buys, it went t*t up in about a week, the replacement didn't last that long, the third about a week, they then gave me a better package and a half off coupon good for up to $150, to cover my grief, so I used it on the camera.

Just curious so that I avoid the computer problem in the future, what computer was it that gave you so much grief?

I just had to replace the hard disk in my Sony Vaio

I still like it though, it seems to be a pretty good machine.

I'd be interested in hearing more details on the camera once you've used it more. I've been considering buying one myself so that I can get in on all the project pictures fun (I'd have to start some projects first though unfortunately). Thats about the price range I was thinking, and it sounds like a pretty good camera from what little I know about them.
