I generally look for the 1000 volt. for general purpose diodes/rectifiers.

just a note
If we talk "Zener diodes" then the voltage has to be exact.
"Zener" diodes are a class of diode for voltage regulation, also have a different schematic symbol.

For future reference...

Diodes In Parallel. If the load current is greater than the current rating of a single diode, then two or more diodes can be connected in parallel to achieve a higher forward current rating. Diodes connection in parallel do not share the current equally due to different forward bias characteristics.

It's better if you get them from the same production run, AFIK. Diodes can be weird, Zener diodes and transient-voltage-suppression (TVS) diodes and all that.
