Default Fray All Angle Milling Machine

I have been rearranging my entire operation since the COVID experiment started. I have found things I didn’t know I had, forgot that I had and haven’t seen in several years.

Here is a machine I bought about 15 years ago. I never knew such a vertical mill existed until I saw a picture in the advertisement of a local auction. I just had to have it!

Very interestng, Mounted on the ceiling. That should keep the chips off the work and out of the T slots .

That is a new style for me too. Looks interesting. Guess you need a 6 axis Dro for that one.

One kewl feature that is not obvious is the micro feed quill. The advancing dial reads in .001” increments.
