I checked out DigiKey and Mouser. DigiKey has alot of parameters and most of the ones I tried came back as a non-stocked item, Mouser did not do a good job of listing the parameters.
I'm making guesses as to the output voltage of the welder I'm thinking 36 volts to 24 dc about a 10 volt span, trying to find the voltage range of the relays for sale. There is no guarantee that the relay we find on the net will have a good span. I tested some relays that I have and the span can very 5 volts to over 10 volts. If you're not in a hurry you can send me your address in a PM and I will try to send you out the relay with the 10 volt span maybe Monday. I'm still thinking I may be able to wire up a small voltage regulator before Monday and you can use that in place of the bridge and relay. It's just that I have to look thru alot of box's for the parts. Is there any way you can measure the output voltage of the welder so I can add a resistor to the 24 volt relay I have.

That just confuses things more, On the other hand I don't believe labels.
I was starting to look for parts for the regulator and it dawned on me that they are feeding two points with the plus end of the supply, that would be the motor and gun. that makes adding a regulator without isolating the feed motor a little more of an issue. Any way at this point I up dated the drawing in my post #22 and we will go with that drawing and the relay, if any problems come up with the feed motor running to fast we can add a regulator later. If the span of the relay gives us problems we can also add a regulator to that. For your application the regulators are low cost. I wired up a relay for you and I should be able to get it in the mail Monday. Probably not needed in this case I added a diode across the relay coil, It's a standard precaution that you do on DC powered relays. the added diode kills any high voltage that is generated from the relays coil when the trigger is released. The added resistor brings up the operating point of the relay from 24 to about 28 volts, not much because I don't know the exact voltage range of the welder on the lowest to upper range. Just wire the colors as in the drawing and you will be fine.

GWIZ
Showed up right when they said. Go figure my unit is wired different then the schematic. Added a pic labeled as best I could. Ken

The Groucho Marx decoder glasses don't work very well with black on black or same color on same.
Go back and change the color of the type.

Sorry about that GWIZ , Increased the font and changed it to blue. Plus a extra pic.

Yes, That is how the machine sits now with no modifications.
