Just out of curiosity, did you remember that (“that” being the exact issue of Pop Science) off the top of your head? Or did you look it up? My memory is already starting to fade, and I’m amazed at people that can remember details like that.

I like the plow build, make sure to follow up and let us know how the first iteration goes : )

Welcome to the forum.
I remembered seeing the article probably, 20 or 30 years ago while traveling in my "time machine". That's what I call my Popular Science and Popular Mechanics collection. My Dad started collecting them in 1926. After he died, I kept it going until the early 80's. What's on the news stand today is worthless to me. And just in case, no, I don't want to sell any of my collection.

Google books has been a Godsend for passing along links to others.
