Default New to Me Wellsaw 58B

Picked up over my lunch hour. In its former life it worked in a High School metal shop. Ordered repair parts for the cylinder and a couple of new blades. It looks pretty good for being 50 years old but needs some love.

Awesome! I have a 58B also but it is maybe 20 years newer than yours. I like old iron better than the newer cheap stuff whenever possible. The guy I bought mine from had a much newer offshore saw for the same price. It was easy for me.

Judge Bob's 58B is the fastest cutting little bandsaw I've ever seen.

By the way, I believe they call that a dashpot, not a cylinder.
