Okay I have narrowed it down to one of the foot switches.
Its a little wonky when I push it down the reading doesn't immediately go back to open as it should

On the wonky one, just spray it inside with wd40 while you have the power off and operate it. It may be a little corroded and sticky, I do this on the motorcycle switches when they have had enough of riding in the rain.

Foot switches have a rough life.

I tried to take it apart but it seem like its glued together.

Yep ultrasonically welded.

A hammer will take it apart. You will know what was inside. It is really difficult to get it back together and working properly though.

That one looks like a good choice
