Default Spheroidizing A-2?

Our last project we have to do in metallurgy class is to spheroidize a piece of A-2 steel. We have been looking online for a procedure to use but we can not find anything at all. Shade sent me a page with a bunch of information on A-2 but it didnt have anything on spheroidizing. Does anybody have any ideas?

Spheroidize Annealing

Spheroidize annealing is a prolonged heating of the steel in a controlled atmosphere furnace at or near the lower critical point, followed by a very slow cooling. This process provides improvement in the performance of the steel in cold forming.

--------------
Spheroidize annealing (spheroidizing):

An annealing process that changes the geometric shape of cemented carbides (such as modifying cementite platelets into stable spherical shapes).

------------------
SPHEROIDIZE ANNEAL
A special type of annealing that requires an extremely long cycle. This
treatment is used to produce globular carbides and maximum softness
for best machinability in some analyses, or to improve cold formability.

-----

What this probably means is that instead of allowing it to cool 40-50 degrees per hour, you do it at something like 25 degrees per hour. It will probably have to "soak" at the annealing temperature for a couple of hours.
