Anyone know of a easy way to make rollers 2" in dia with some being 8" long

Would 2” diameter tube with bosses pressed into the end work for you?

Can make em any length needed this way without the complications of deep hole drilling.

Are they going to be plastic or steel?

That would work but I would rather have plastic of some kind, I guess I could do the same thing with pvc pipe, thanks

Instead of PVC, I would think HDPE might be tougher & take more abuse.

Stack-O-Pucks with a hole drilled thru the center.

assemble on shaft and spin against a belt sander
