Make sure the polarity switch is set right..I bumped mine and it drove me nuts for about 10minutes
Make sure the jumper plug on the board isn't loose.

Good luck, let us know what was wrong.

Howdy y'all --Well, I feel dumb. I got into the suitcase a little deeper today and guess what I found? The senser(?) wire where it goes into the case had broken where the plastic clip holds it tight. Too tight in this case!(pun intended) It was an easy kill once I found it but what got me torqued was I had wiggled the wire and checked it at the switch before I got off the iron. Could of fixed it on site.(my bad) O well-live and learn I guess I thank you all for your input. It is greatly appreciated.
