Not that Motorcycles are really in this discussion as they are a "luxury item" or recreational vehicle, but a lot of the enduro type motorcycles (street legal/on-off road) have needle bearing conrod big end bearings and ball bearing mains. These are 4 stroke engines, haven't seen a two stroke meet emission street standards for a long time.
In the old days, the Kawasaki and Suzuki four cylinder motorcycles had press together cranks with needle bearing big end bearings. Honda stuck with plain bearings on the 4 cylinders, probably because they are cheaper to produce and also they are car guys too

Old IHC Farmalls used ball bearings back in the thirties. Does that count?
