Thanks, Big. I guess I oughta put me a sleeper on it.
Nah, can't afford the insurance & the city would flip out about the single-family code restrictions.
Right now I'm working on some shelving I bought last week. I gotta get my storage worked out & start moving my junk & other tools and do my selling off/throwing away. I think I'm gonna have to seek out some grief counseling before this is all over with. Hmmm, I wonder if them Kerry people have recovered enough to share their shrinks with the general public yet........

Don't worry about the greif counseling Cutter, it's part of your package of benefits as the Uncle Franz Secret Products Distributor for Texas.
Since I'm an expert at causing greif, I'm fully qualified to counsel you on it.
At least yer smart enough to put the shelves up before you haul all the valuable stuff inside the building.

Gee, who knew?

Unfortunately all this being smart enough to do this first & do that first has also cost me over $2000 in wasted rent. But it sure will feel good when it stops.

Well, I'll be danged, Lance. That really does look like a bob-tailed version of mine. Looks like your grate is the heavier model that I decided to not use.

And I'll use this space to say "Thank you" to Shannon for your kind comment.
