It has schrader air valves. No clue as to what it used for.

Default Whatsit

I have those on the dual drive wheels on my motor coach. They let you fill both tires at the same time, and keep the pressure balanced. Of course they both will go flat at the same time also.

The colored piece in the window is a pressure indicator.
