Mike, Go to the ACMOC web site www.acmoc.org/bb/forumdisplay.php?4-DISCUSSION There is an entire section on electrical start conversions. It's at the top in the sticky section.

Spent about three hours running it today. Arms sure get a workout with this machine. Even though I adjusted both brakes and topped off the steering clutch and brake hydraulic control...it can be a pain in the ass to get to steer.

Only thing I don't like is the forward and reverse lever. You push it forward for reverse, pull back for forward.

And you better bring your ear plugs if your going to run it.
