I still get 2-3 calls/texts a day about techniques, best materials and general how to do it questions. I also get more comments from him where he says he should have taken my advice, since he now sees why not to do things his way.

Scoot's HVAC all installed above the ceiling of his apartment. The apartment is 600 square foot. He still has to finish laying the 3/4" underlayment above the ceiling. Next week the propane people come in and move his tank east about75 feet. Then run lines to the shop.

Sheet rock is all done in the kitchen apartment. Next to spray texture.

It is a 36" standard entry door. Pics using phones are often out of skew with the world.
