The injectors are not out yet, I'll do this weekend. Truck has another set of used injectors in it while i got the original set of injectors rebuilt, so I have minimal downtime while i do this. I did injector swap a couple years ago when it was getting really hard to start, and the originals have been sitting wrapped up in a box since then.

Ok the fun has begun. Started disassembly tonight, all injectors and GPs are out, as well as the turbo. Done for the night, took about 3 hrs. I will do assembly tomorrow.

More pics. Exhaust leak shows on the firewall, from the band clamp on the downpipe and turbo. Oil everywhere. EBPV slightly sticky, I'm just going to delete it. Turbo cold side wheel, definitely has some wear on the fins. I've only run paper filters, but theres a k&n sticker on the airbox, so in past could have had poor filtration.

Yup, it looks like K&N filter damage.
