1. set it up for welding
2. Set it up with a toolpost grinder

Consider yourself lucky that you do not live in a machine tool desert like my location. Like they are saying buy it compare sell the lesser rig. I'm probably at least still 2 years out on the machine tool adoption plan much to my dismay.

LeBlonde is(was?) a common machine make, no idea if they still exist. I’ve ran a couple, newer than that though.

A serial number, model, size or any other info would help narrow it down a little.

The clutch lever on top of the headstock screams W&S or B&O.

No tailstock, there probably was the rear turret there.

Look at feed rod.

No threading gears/dial ?

You don't need that. Just the basics of using a center drill would drive you nuts.

However, you might make one hell of a nice horizontal welding positioner for small projects out of it.
