Many of you know this already, but ShopFloorTalk.com is a moderation free forum. This is because many of us got fed up with excessive moderation and editing of posts on other sites we were part of.

Freedom of speech is very important. So if someone post something you don't like, honestly, all I have to say is tough shit. I really don't care about your feelings.

There is an ignore button and I know people use it. As much as anyone has the right to say anything, you also have the right to ignore them. Please exercise both as you see fit.

So if you are reporting a post because you're butt hurt over something someone said, grow the fuck up. We will not do anything about it, and you are wasting my time.

If someone is posting links to Kiddie Porn, then yes please report that shit or anything else that is illegal. We have had kiddie porn links posted before and I did contact the FBI and sent them all of information we had. They were appreciate of it. I will do that again. Also other illegal activities will be reported to the proper authorities, we also do not allow nudity, so that will get deleted.
