Nick, that's a sight I'm very familiar with. Looks like someone has been using the place and not had the time to do much polishing.

Mine usually has a lot of dirt on the concrete that the forklift tracked in. I'll try to remember to get a picture today.

Awesome, and yes lots of use and no time for clean up. Which makes the next project take longer because I can't find anything.

there's a hoover with the reel undone which suggests use.

there's a bench with less than 20 things on it. shelves with stuff on em.

items in boxes

the bottom of the trolley shelves are clearly visible.

50% of seating is available

and no hoses, ropes, chains or cables are being stored on the sawhorses.



All in all I'd give that maybe 3 out of ten. must try harder.

Yup. And I only see two spots that a fatboy would have to turn sideways to squeeze through. My shop is defined that way. If you can walk normally, facing forward, it's work space. If you have to turn sideways and shuffle-step, it's a path to either a storage area or another work area
