Well. I got her done. The pipe was loose enough that I clamped a beluga vice grip on the pipe and used another pipe as a lever to pry it out of the ground. There was no way I could straighten that pipe without cracking the existing concrete. The post was 2.375 OD with about an .125 wall. The fence post was about 6'7" long. The Home depot equivalent was only 6' long and probably about .060 wall. Nobody around here had it of course so I ended up driving to New Jersey to pick one up. The tolls driving there cost more than the parts did. I cut a 7" piece off the bent pipe to use as a spacer and stuck the new one in the same hole. Not a perfect fit but looks fine from the grand stands
Now I get to chase the Sanitation department around for payment. I'm thinking 5 hours at triple time and a half for working on Sunday, the materials and tolls to go get the parts, and all the suffering
At least the tenant is happy, he can let the dog out to run around in the yard again.

Nice when it is easier than what you were planning for.

The sucky part was having to drive to NJ for the pipe. I tried the twist and lift on the bent one for about 5 minutes, at the rate I was going, I would still be there. I briefly considered using the ratcheting tie downs to yank on it but I couldn't reach the nearest high spot. Luckily I had left some scrap lumber there to use as a fulcrum. Glad to see you got the fence squared away. Tenant was no help, hmmm? Are they paying extra rent for the dog?

I hate to break it to you but unless your tenant has specific doggy liability insurance, YOU will be the one responsible if the dog gets loose. Don't think for a second that the dog couldn't clear that fence because it can if it wants to bad enough. Think about some little girl walking her foofy dog by the fence while the PB goes crazy on the other side...
