Today, I started clearing the area on the south side of the shop. First thing I did was remove a small pile of stones and flat rocks that had accumulated there at the corner of the shop. Next came mowing the grass. I used my Frankensteined mower to do that. Once that was done I moved on to weed wacking what the mower could not get.
Tomorrow......
I have to move the old swing set that is used as a light duty gantry. But to have a place to put it I will have to move my 6000lb trailer, move the swing set to where the trailer was, than park the trailer under the swing set. Luckily the 216 L&G tractor can move the trailer and the Super-H can move the swing set.
The next thing to do is to cut up an old round baler feeder, move a few other things around, and than move the dump truck into where the feeder is right now. To do that, the dump truck will have to be turned around so when it is time to start converting it to a trailer, I won't have to pull it back out.
Once the area is cleaned up, I am going to move two bed liners under the eaves to catch the old shingles and the slats as I remove them.
Moving the dump and swing set out of the way will cure one of my problems. That problem is clear space to back trailers around to the back of the shop. It takes alot of backing and filling to get one around to the back.
More later.
Dan.

John, pictures will be taken, but I have not figured out how to post pictures from my phone yet. So they will have to wait until I can post them from the laptop.
Chris, I have mowed grass as late as the day before Thanksgiving here.
