I am always debating making the switch to propylene. I do not have a supply issue, but that is a good point. I mostly cut and heat with it so for me, it is an ideal option. I also like the fact that I do not have to worry about pulling more gas than a acetylene cylinder can handle. Because I have done that more than a few times and the big cylinders are a PITA to handle.
