Default radius marker

This is a high dollar tool that takes a lot of skill and labor to put together but I think it is worth the time. I use it for marking different size radius's. The biggest is about 4" plus.

Thanks digr! Funny how some of the neatest things are the simplest. Just this week I was rummaging through some lids and cans, etc. looking for a variety of radius' to trace. I'm gonna have to make one of these. I hope you don't bust me for patent infringment now!

digr, you need to paint them each a different color then write a manual on their use and which color for what radius..

Default big one

Okedokee, dat takes care of dem little ones, now whats about dem Big uns.

Dis be my solution from de sticks.

Remember dat ole band saw blade you cried cause it lost all its teef or you drop it and she brokee in two. Go get it, yup dumpster dive in you own dumpster. LOL

Cut it into several convenient lengths and using a itty bitty cut off wheel put a lil notch in one end and two in der other end. Deburr dem notchs with you trusty wire wheel.

Now go find dat string you tossed, oops dumpster dive again. Tie a nice big knot in one end. Turn dat band saw so the memory is out and slip dat der knot in the single slot. Bow dat bandsaw blade how you wants it and slip dat der string in the other slot, secure by wrapping in the two slots several times.

Hold it down and trace around dat new radius marker.

This is a high dollar tool so be ready to really shell out the $'s and have fun

Just couldn't resist the spelling and language. LOL
