Got all the columns set except I've got two that need to swap places. Ran out of daylight to get pics. This weekend I'm hoping to finish out the frame.

Lift is only rated for 6000 lbs. It's also been raining about once a week again here so it's a bit soft where the D8 is.
Machines were delivered first thing this morning. Spent the morning sorting all the purlins and girts. Everything is individually labeled so it's easy. I've got a end wall column that is where a end wall column slotted for cross bracing needs to go and the one that is there isn't. This afternoon I had help. Friend had a opening in her schedule so she came and helped out. Turns out she's a better lift operator  then I so I let her at it and I did all the rigging work. The columns need to be plumbed but that will happen this weekend. I mainly wanted to get parts laid out and organized but I got farther than I had planned. I hope to have the building frame done this weekend.
