That's amazing that you did all that.
I greatly appreciate it. I hope I have everything but the arm, but I will verify from the other amazing shots you sent. I can probably figure out the size of the hole in the center mount piece (8583) and the flat size from looking at where it mounts on mine. What size is the square stock (2276K) and is yours not tapered down like the one in the manual? I can probably figure out the end piece that actually contacts the tire/rim (8582K) from that. Thank you again. You are amazing! |

I have dicked with the resolution to no avail. There are several settings and I do not know which one would be the right one. I can do the date and time.

New guy here. Thanks for pictures of the tire machine tools. Have been using home made tools on on an identical machine for 20 years. A past attempt at copying the original mounting arm was not successful. With the new detailed pictures I will try again. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Vic

Here are some more details of the 8553 arm.
Materials: 7/8"x 11 1/2" square bar with 5/16" diameter hole at 10" from the end of the bar. My bar has 1" rabbit where the spring lets the bar swivel. Not sure this really makes it work any better or not. The gusset welded to the half round is 2 1/2" long and 1/8" thick and 1 1/2" wide. The U channel is 4" long and 3/16" thick. The half round is 3/4" wide and 7" long. It will need bending to match the angles on the pics. The piece the slides onto the spindle (8553) is cast steel, It is 3"long x 1 1/2" ID x 2 1/2" OD. The retangular portion is 1 3/4" x 2 1/4" with a 7/8" square hole for the bar ad a 1/2" hole for the lock screw. The lock screw is 1/2" x 2" with a round knurled head. It screws into a 1/2" square nut inside the rectangular section. Complicated piece.
