Well I thought I would update the thread here, I emailed everlast support and got a response back from Mike to check a few things.

Tungsten, contamination or incompatibility was one and he sent me a pinout and test for the foot pedal.

I was able to borrow the same torch I used for the aluminum and the machine worked flawlessly.

Now to put all the covers back on without messing up the thousands of circuits in there.

I am going to strip the torch setup down that was causing the issue and see if I can see what is going on with it.

I did blow all the gunk and spiderwebs out while I had it open.
