![]() ![]() One of my neighbors has literally a TON of this stuff from a hospital job. Looks to be 1/2" thick. These are just the smaller pieces! ![]() So what could they be repurposed into? I'm curious as I can get bigger pieces from him, probably for free if I get them out of his shop ![]()

Would make good tool organizers for drawers and such if you can route out slots and such. What’s it like to work with?

When my Dad's shop was still going, they did a ton of work with solid surface tops. Tons of sink cutouts and drops. He has made a bunch of cutting boards that my wife sells at her fundraising bake sales. He can't keep up with demand usually.
Side note: All proceeds are donated to benefit St Jude Children's Hospital.

A buddy of mine used it to line his shower with. Once melted together, there is no seam to leak.

Pulled a few of the larger pieces out of the dumpster. Maybe some cutting boards in the future.
In other dumpster news, we have been having a problem with scumbag "handymen" dumping their shit in our dumpster, then hi-tailing it out of there! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Gosh, I wonder how well the material holds up to compression/impact stress? This might be suited to make hammer forms with. I have a project in the works that require large pieces like those.
I plan to do some research and possibly look for a scrap source near me!

Thinking about it, I could probably use a piece of Corian as a backing for the CCTV cams in the soffit.
