Finally getting a real shop!!

I got the rails up for my sliding back door last night. Plan on building the latches for it tonite and then I'll take it down and cover it with the same "tin" that I used inside the shop. I may try to insulate it later but right now I just want to get it finished. Then I can finish my table.

I think I even got my first job to help pay for this. A client at the clinic wants me to build her some gates for the stalls at her boarding stable. I emailed her pics of the others that I build and hopefully she'll like them. 10 gates 4' x4'. No big deal but anything will be an improvement over the aluminum trash that she has.

Good for YOU, George! Even though I never imagined any of you guys would be going out into your newly finished shops, look around and say "Well, ok - what do I do now?"

There's awlays something. If it brings in cash? Priceless

Been working pretty hard at work and on the shop. Man it's been hot!! ( Those big fans are the cat's a$$, couldn't survive without them.
I finished up my bir layout table and worked on some shelving and peg board.
Wal Mart had a couple of auctions and we got some pallet shelving and carts and other "junk" for almost nothing. So I put it to use.

Also put some shelves under the wooden benches that I built, Finished up the layout table and put up some pallet shelving

Oh, and a little peg board, also from Wal Mart

Thanks madam, I guess it's like most things, when you're too close or see something to often it looks like it's at a stand still. The biggest promblem now is with organization and trying to figure out what to do first or next.

I need to find a place to mount my benders and roller so that it won't be too much in the way.
