Scott's New Shop

They did get a new RV yesterday. Same size as the old one. Sold the old one for 4K to a neighbor for his hired hand to use. I have to go to CO to pull it back Saturday.

Son and wife are doing the wall insulation the last few days. Checked on them yesterday. Looking good.

Took my flat bed trailer over to the son's place and we drove to Scottsbluff to get 4 interior doors and 2 sheets of 1/2" green board foe the walls behind his shower He bought the fuel.

Took Scott to the airport Tuesday to fly to San Diego. He rented a large U-Haul truck and loaded the stuff they had in storage there and her stuff at the house to move everything to WY. She drove her Mercedes SUV since it cannot be towed. Left there Thursday. Got a text that Elisa was sick. Next day got a text he was sick. They kept going and got here yesterday. They did home tests and both were positive for Covid.

Called this morning and offered to do a grocery run for them, so off to the store and $80 later headed 30 miles to their RV. Dropped off everything in thier driveway and headed home.

Next issue was there are no openings at any of the storage units around here so now everything goes in his shop and a little shed. Noe he is calling some friends to see if he can get a small crew to unload the U-Haul truck since it has to be returned Monday.

The fun never stops here lately!!!!

Norovirus is going through our area they closed the elementary school for 2 days following the weekend (So 4 days total to try to break the infection chain) I really doubt it was Covid at this point I suspect the Chicom tests show positive period.

After the wife and I got over the Wuhan flue, I found out that there is a wholistic doc in the area that will prescribe the good stuff, and a shop that will fill the scrip.

She seems to be getting better. He is still feeling crappy.

Today Scott and Elisa are feeling better. They will be self isolating for a few more days before they go out in the public.

Been awhile since I updated this thread. Got some pics of their progress on the apartment. Getting close to having all the electrical, plumbing and framing dome. Then he will test to see if he has any leaks in the plumbing. He has a few sheets of sheet rock where there was no plumbing. The two of them are moving along every day.
