I would use a few spots of caulk about a foot apart. You can lean a 2x4 against it till the caulk cures.

More specifically construction adhesive. Just check to make sure it’s compatible with plastics (the film) and foam.

Two more wall sections framed and ready to insulate. The section with the gap is where a exhaust fan will go.
