Small belt grinder.

I originally built this grinder with two belts, but the motor didn't have enough power to spin two belts, so I rebuilt with a single belt. I chose this size belt as the belts are available in a wide variety of grits.

It has a platen behind the belt, an easily adjustable table, Delrin idler wheel with bearing inserts and adjustable tracking.

Yes experts, I know the belt is on backwards.

I had to register under a different name midway through that thread as the site didn't recognise my password. The 'forgot password' path did no good so I re-signed. Still can't sign in as toglhot. There are more than a few forums with this problem.

Unfortunately, the experts can't accept others may have a different viewpoint as theirs.

I just tested the forgot password function and it worked fine for me.

As Owner Operator of this forum, I do want to hear of problems with it.

This happened ages ago, I applied to have the password reset as my original password wouldn't let me log in, the same happened with the password sent out by email, the site wouldn't accept it.

Months later I tried logging in under toglhot again, no go. Wouldn't accept my password nor the one sent out via your email.

Doesn't matter though, I can log in under Hoggo, so all's well.
