What is this guy using ?

I've had to use their torches a few times and I have to admit that at those pressures, they do cut pretty fast for natural gas. They consume so much oxygen, they have a direct pipeline to the local supplier. It still takes a while to preheat your metal, but with the oxygen set so high it's no problem. I've used one of their 10 footers to cut something and it's tough to keep it from kicking too far away from your metal when you pull the trigger.

I found out some stats about their setup the last time I was at the mill. Gas pressure is around 20 psi and oxygen is around 125 psi. They are running # 10 tips. To cut high chrome steel they run around 30 and 200+, respectably.
