Handy accessory
They are a handy thing to have for a saw. I made one for mine a couple of years ago. When I was in college in the mid '70's the saw in the welding shop had one. It was painted to match the saw, I assumed it came with it. Used it quite a bit but don't remember what brand it was.

I have an adjustable triangle, salvaged from my drafting life, tis plastic so is delicate as is a set of mic's, but is good for checking weird angles for cutting on my Makita cold saw which has a single lever angle lock for the vise, but as Don said some angles are not easy to clamp down or can't.
