Machining gadget

Just finished up the third version of a gadget to help set lathe tools to center
line of spindle. Saw one either here or on HSM a while back that used a V to
align with a round stock in the chuck but it looked like one would need three
hands to use it so came up with this and after trying it out and then showing a
couple students after they tried to set the bit on center I think it'll be handy for
helping to teach the right set-up.
