Sounds like it would work well for a car. My truck curb weight is around 7,500 so not likely it would work for me.

Looks like a "w i s h" item...
 You'll need to carry a level so you can make sure it is on perfectly level ground otherwise I'd say it looks tippy as hell, especially extended!  PS: I was trying to figure out what that other thing was with the handle, looks like an abbreviated leaf-blower. It is actually an impact wrench...
