New screen door
After cutting out the center section I have a markedly higher respect for the chick that does all the lacework plasma cutouts. It is not realy up to my standards for shop work and I may redo it......thinking.

It is made of a 1x3 .o65 frame, the border and design are 12 ga, the wrought iron portion is 1x 3/16. It weighs 75ish pounds. I'll try and get a picture of it after the finish next week, as well as one of the jamb.

Great looking job so far. I'd be interested in how you attach the bug screen. I've got a door on the drawing board and that is one of the things I'm trying to figure out.
