Makes sense.. The issues seen today are the scrap used in it's remelt and the alloys not kept charge of.

Interestingly many feel that steels done in the 40's and 50
s were first run so were much more pure to the chemistry..

W1 in particular.

So, Jenn many people are tapping their feet impatiently. You post the "Teaser" then NADA. We, understand if your too busy with staying alive for personal works of art that are pride versus paying. It's like the old Ketchup commercial "Anticipation is making me wait"

Nothing like that. Really.

These days I live the life of round to it. I have so many projects because I can't afford to buy good timing stuff.

So everything demands my attention always at the worst time.

The sword will be a long term thing.

It's too cold in the trailer for heat treatment. And that's the point I'm at. Clay the blade, then harden, and temper.
