Why not use a 1.375 ID and put a key way in it? If you are really brave put three key ways in. As long as they meet with the splines it will drive the coupler. Lock it down with two or three set screws. I doubt you will break it, something else will probably give out first.

Why do I have to press one for English when you're just gonna transfer me to someone I can't understand anyway?

Grant me the strength to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can & the friends to post my bail when I finally snap!

I did consider that but this splitter has a tremendous amount of toque and also I have no way to do internal key ways.

Sorry but I don’t want to get rid of it. I plan on using the transfer case in the future.

The one in the link is for a 1 1/4" OD shaft. Mine is 1 3/8" OD.

This one is for a 1 3/8" shaft.

Ordered today.

The fucked up USPS is at it again. Part ordered the 1st. Says it will be here the 5th. Received at the Fresno, CA PO the 1st, Leaves there the 4th, goes to Memphis TN, leaves there the 5th. Has to go to at least 3 more stops to get here. It is no wonder the USPS wants money from Trump. SOB's are totally inept.

Yea, they are fucked up. I ordered a battery for my phone last Wednesday, paid for 2 day shipping, it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow. They must be using common core math now.

HAHAHA, Reminds me of sending a USB stick loaded with pictures home from Turkey via DHL. The package made 5 stops hopscotching around the US Midwest before even making it into Canada. After making it into Canada, the package made 3stops on Canadian soil before being delivered to the downtown Cowtown office.

FYI, at least 3 major airlines had passenger flights with a single stop over from Calgary to Istanbul at the time, AirCanada, KLM, andBritish Airways.

How about 34-35 years? I would have purchased that cone sometime in '82-'83. Seemed like a good idea at the time but I just never got around to doing anything with it. Glad somebody finally found a use for it. That one is probably American made too, being that old. I've seen much newer ones but they were Chinese made (sigh)...
