Default Not another one

Yet another another belt sander. This is all OM fault, I knew I was in trouble when I found a 7"+ X 2" plastic pulley at a junk shop. I don't usually post until the project is done in case it doesn't turn out or I go into the box but this time I will try it. Been watching OMs posts and he has it goen on so I drew up some plans and here we go. Thanks to Bill Pace for his original design.

1 Pulley

2 I made this long,(one size fits a lot mandrill) about three years ago and this is the first time I got to use it.

The large belt wheel that I bought from Griz is still sitting in it's shipping box. And will probably still be there this time next year.

Lookin good 'digr'.

A problem I have had with mine is the fit between the tubing and the cr pins. I bought stuff that went together but the slack was too much. I wound up turning the pins from a larger size.

The x tube that adjusts everything has to be perfect.....

I will be starting in about a week. I have ordered some material. I think your change will be well worth it. I guess it will now become the Bill Pace/Digr design.
