I would keep it. Put the tank on the service truck, fix the old tank and put the Chinese parts on the old tank for a backup. Heck there's always times you need a little more air.

I dug into my repair enough to find out that the crack I could hear leaking is much more substantial than a pinhole leak. It is several inches long. There are similar cracks on the other legs, just not as long. I decided to buy a new tank, it should be here in a week or two.
The new tank has no slots in the top plate, so it will have to go on the milling machine or plasma cutter. I may also shorten the legs a little to get the whole unit lower, then I can put a rack on this truck afterward.
