Mostly 60-80" wingspan and all grossly over powered.

As much as we discussed this, I figured I needed to come back and give a recent review.

When we first brought this up, I'd just bought a large can of Trufuel to refill my smaller cans. I never denied that it likely was robbing power from my engines. They really never did sound "right" but they were working good enough to get the job done. And, they have lasted better than trusting my own mixtures. Part of my issue with mixing my own is the shit quality of available gas cans, I finally disposed of 5 old ones that were badly stored. The Trufuel metal cans seem to do better in my situation.

Anyhow, I used up the last of the old can earlier this week trimming the weeds in the alley. While at HD grabbing a new brushcutter and lawnmower blade, I grabbed a fresh large can of Trufuel as well. I mixed it up well in the large can before transferring it to the smaller cans. I immediately noticed a difference in the "color" pouring from the can.

I topped off the machine, only half a tank or so mixed with the old and new. The weedeater roared to life on the 2nd pull, sounded much better, and ran smoother. It didn't make the job any easier but I got it done.

So I'm wondering now if they changed the formula. Either way, this can seems better and I'm unlikely to quit using it.

Gasoline has a shelf life, whether in a fancy can or not. The diff. you saw was
likely, the diff. in age, not formulation.
