Ah, shucks guys..
Your to kind.. Interesting all the people I talked with seem to prefer smaller hammers.. 1.5 to 2.5lbs Maybe it's older age or what have you.. But I can not swing a smaller hammer faster to get the same amount of work done vs the right-sized hammer for the job. I have found that the most effective hammer is the 1 that affects the metal to the center while forging so I end up switching hammers as I work..
