Exclamation gantry cranes and cranes to place 2 tonne craft on machine tools

Hi my name is Prosper just rings are Brescia Italian for my mechanical Lab I is a small gantry crane 3-metre high 3 meters wide by 1.5 ft wide 2 ton capacity with manual chain hoist, according to my calculations I should use an IPE beam from 160/180 for the crossbar and a HEA 120 for the uprights or 100x100x4 mm box for 4 feet high-flow wheelsI put above, the lathe as crane, you could give me any tips or info thanks bye prospero Baby from brescia to the next

Our Italian friend is speaking metric so 2 tonnes is 2000 kg
or 4416 pounds or roughly 2.5 tons, short.
