Vernon, very high quality work, and I am interested in the rollers as someday I want a 6" belt grinder.
How does it do eating metal? I bet it goes like stink.

The 6" belt doesn't eat more metal than say a 2" belt but what it does do is sand a large area all at one time. If you decide to build one I can tell you some things I would change on mines.

Very impressive. I know the work involved in making one--but I now know how useful they are in the shop.
