I learned a good lesson on a 963 Cat track loader a few years ago, so if those guys that are pushing your trees are not wearing their seat belt I would suggest buckle up, it's a good habit to get into.

The one I was on had the enclosed cab with windshield, and if it didn't, I would have been laying on top of that bucket, instead I kissed the windshield pretty hard that day, and man it did hurt.

Today they spent a few hours in the sleet smoothing down the new drive. They knocked off about lunch time because of... snow... in Georgia...

The roads in the area were getting bad by local standards and they needed to get back home before it got too bad. No worries, I'm not in a hurry.

Ain't it awesome how people take advantage at the first open? 4 wheelers will flat F-up a property when it's not theirs to care. How much property do you have?

A shot gun loaded with rocksalt does wonders...

Second thought; stick with the light, not as likely to end up in court.

Spotlight was good for the first offense. They haven't been back yet but the shotgun is now by the door.

No doubt we'll have others but I doubt that group will return.

No work today. Hopefully tomorrow it will be dry enough they can start digging. They'll be digging a pit on site to gain fill dirt and to bury tree debris. It will save me a ton on both dirt and debris removal and I have plenty of space for it.

I wish I had the set up you got there Terry, I'll be needing some extra fill dirt myself once the shop is completed and the barn comes down. I had to buy about 80 yds to start with for the slab foundation. I use to be able to get it for "free" at my workplace, but one stupid citizen put a stop to that for good a few months ago.

Keep those pics coming.

That's the problem, it is/was offered to all (citizens) but one guy screwed it up for all (citizens) with his stupidity.
