I made 4 circles an center punched it the divided it up into sections from center out. Used a bender to make those breaks the layed it out. I only used half and repeated the process. Then welded the halfs togather, then welded the bottom ring onto it. And beleive it or not we had a cookout about a week after we got it back from powder coating, We seasoned it, 3 times then cooked somewhere around 275 steaks on it. I was glad I was the builder and wasnt cooking... My parents had a resturant for 19yrs so I had done my share of cooking.

I like it. I'll see if i can dig up some 10"sq 1/8" wall and make one like it, put some ceramic briquets in and just stick the tiger torch in the bottom on low

Here's a cpl of pics I ran across on my cam awhile ago. Some of them are work in progress and theres one with the final handels on it. The third pic you can see the vents on the bottom, there is a piece of matching steel with same hole patterns on the inside of it, as the front, that closes off, when slid from left to right. Hope yall like.
PS you see others were thing it looked like something as well.
