The customer, my buddy that I bought the truck from, was in today, he wants to buy it back to haul a custom trlr job I did for him earler this year. i know he is thinking about it right now.

Truck is for the wife and to haul my Jayco 32 footer fifth wheel, and for using to haul stuff for the shop.

Looks like my holiday time is cut down to two days, joys of having your own shop. My part time welder today, worked 2 hours and it started to rain, so he went home, he could not have been out of the parking lot and the sun was shining brightly.

None of my business, but is he salary, union, lazy, or just loaded? I know why I don't go to work, just can't understand other folks.

Still though, nice looking rig and definitely not some cookie cutter tow rig for sure.

Default Tanks

So, if the tanks are not for liquid, are they just for looks? They do look very nice.

Tanks are just for looks for now, likley will make them into little storage areas with lids/doors.

My part time welder, well , I don't know, think he has some personal and substance issues. To each thier own. screws me up, cause I count on 8 hours a day or more, up to the guy. I still have to answer to the customer.

Two days a total of 7.75 hours. to remove, 2 shocks, 2 air bags, 2 tires as I took off the other side, one air valve, two bolts that hold the chain for the lift axle and cut the chain off that was holding up the axle. Done outside with a fully equipped mobile unit.

Default Big Rig's Rig

That is one sweet truck!! That would look really nice in front of my stock trailer or flat trailer, both goosenecks. Looked like you had a similar truck in one picture with a cabover sleeper. You build these often? Very nice, have a safe vacation regardless the number of days it becomes.

Looks good! Since you are going to convert it to a buggy axle anyway you might as well hang a tranfer case at the same time and convert it to a 4WD.

Got the truck on the road today, and went and picked up the Jayco, here is a couple of shots. Looks like I am heading Saturday morning for two days of R and R. Driving about three hours from here to visit with Mother.

That made a very purty tow rig.The sleeper unit really gives it that big rig look.
