This weekend I hope to be able to add trim and flashing and a coat of primer. This will probably be my main entry and I want it to look good.

Looking good. If you can, stock up on your materials, hard to say what may shut down the next few weeks.

Why not steel on that section?

Wanted to break up the long side of the building. It's also the street facing side. The plywood is actually plywood siding. 11/32 T1-11. I'm going to trim out the sides and top and maybe the bottom with 1x4 boards and the same around the window.

The home supply stores around here have been closing at 6pm! Normally 9-10pm...

I had T-111 on a house once,it will need to be painted and caulked asap.
Make sure you caulk the bottom of the boards and paint the bottom too.

I added some primer, caulk, and trim. Have drip edge to install across the top.

Not satisfied with my stairs. Took the treads off. I will add 2x4 blocking so my treads will be dead level.

Like the door, it looks good.
You know, an 1/8" isn't going to make a noticeable difference. The stair base you have looks good from here.
The human mind is trained to 7 and 10 stairs, and if you throw one in at 6.5" high and 10 wide, everyone will stumble on that tread.

I have used door shims to level stairs. Works great. Just use construction adhesive and the shims will never move.

Dead level is good, a lot of the old time carpenters actually say that a slight downslope towards the toe of the stair is even better. I remember an old family friend talking about that, who was a carpenter his entire life. Can’t ask him though, he’s been gone for years.
